Cancellation and Refund Policy
Can I cancel my cab booking online?
Most of the booking can be cancelled online. You have to fill our cancellation form and send it to us. We will cancel the booking after receiving your cancellation request. You can also call our call center to cancel cab booking. However there will be nominal charges applicable for cab booking cancellation. The Cancellation fee will be applicable as given below.
- Upto 1 week before the travel : No charge (fully refundable)
- Less than 1 week and upto 3 days before the travel : 5% of the total Cab Booking Amount
- Less than 3 days and upto 24 hrs before the travel : 10% of the totalCab Booking Amount
- *Less than 24 hrs before departure : No Cancellation
In case of any dispute between the driver and customer.We will provide an alternate vehicle or will refund the advance deposit if booking cancelled.
In case of vehicleaccident/break-down the company will provide an alternate vehicle or will refund the advance deposit if booking cancelled.
In case of a no-show by the customer for a scheduled departure, the company will not give the refund.
Please note: Service Tax & Gate way charges will not be refunded if cab booking is cancelled
How can I cancel my cab booking online?
You need to click on the cancellation link provided on our website. Enter your booking number and the e-mail ID that was provided at the time of cab booking and submit the cancellation request. You will receive an acknowledgement by email with a reference number for cancellation of your cab booking.
If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days
When will I get a refund if I cancel my cab booking?
The refund is provided as per with our cancellation policy. This refund will be provided within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
How will I get my refund if I cancel my cab booking?
The amount will not be refunded to your card or account immediately. You have to email us the cancellation reference number along with your valid bank account details. We will process the refund to you within 10 working days from the receipt of your email.
We have received payment from our client after that we will send the invoice for payment
